Membership
We are the chapter in the heart of it all. Orlando’s culinary opportunities attract tremendous talent and some of these people are members of our chapter. Four of our members have been ACF National Chefs of the Year.
Volunteerism
Our chapter is actively involved with our community by volunteering our time and efforts to local charity fund raisers. Give Kids the World (holiday buffet) and The Taste of Compassion (to benefit the homeless), are two of our core charity events.
Competitions
We have hosted the annual ACF Culinary Challenge, in conjunction with the Florida Restaurant Association, for the last twenty years. Many of our members are not only active, winning competitors, but culinary judges as well.
