This month’s meeting is at Bar Harbor Seafood, featuring the Student Team Relay Competition. Chapter meetings begin at 6:30 pm.

Please join us on Monday, March 5th 2012 for the 3rd annual Bar Harbor Seafood Student Team Relay! Last year 6 teams had a lot of fun showing their skills in a competition with a focus on seafood. We even had teams from the Art Institute in Jacksonville and Tampa make the trip. In the end the competition team from Valencia CC, took 1st place. Everyone was a winner though as each competitor received a prize. It was a night of fun, networking, great food, and making new friends. The Bar Harbor Seafood Corporation is located at 2000 Premier Row, Orlando, Florida 32809. The meeting and competition will begin promptly at 6:30pm so please be on time. All instructors who wish to have their teams participate, must RSVP with Chef Keith Esbin by calling him at 407-832-7330. We have room for 6 four-man teams and the spots fill up quickly.
