2012 ACF National Convention

ACF is heading south to the Sunshine State for the 2012 National Convention, July 14–17. We are returning to sunny Orlando, Fla., for another unforgettable convention. You are invited to participate in the Culinary Competitions at the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association’s Show sponsored by the American Culinary Federation (ACF)/Central Florida Chapter (CFC). This event will take place September 22, 23 and 24, 2012 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

Please mark your calendar for the entry deadline pursuant to all of the competitions listed below.

August 13, 2012 – Deadline:
• The USA Culinary Cup Challenge Team Competition: Sponsored by US Foodservice, Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, Maple Leaf Farms, Bari Beef International, Creekstone Farms, Florida Beef Council, Dole Foods, and Rich Products
• Taste of Elegance Pork Signature Recipe Competition Sponsored by The National Pork Board
• The Mushroom Signature Recipe Competition Sponsored by The Mushroom Council
