It's been a while since we've had an event at Bar Harbor Seafood, but we are excited to return for a fantastic educational presentation and a tour. Due to limited meeting space, this event will be for chapter members only. Advanced registration is required to attend.
Watch a seafood specialist showcase the proper technique for cutting a whole tuna for maximum yield, and learn the process of how tuna is graded. Tastings, samples and swag included. Attending this demo is priceless, but it's also worth 1 CEH. This chapter meet up will also include a tour of Bar Harbor Seafood. Please wear closed-toe, non-slip shoes and bring a jacket. All of our meet ups include raffles, fellowship, networking and a short chapter business portion. We will also be opening up nominations at this meeting for Chapter Chef of the Year candidates.
